ABOUT FUNDRAISING REFERRALS
CLUBcentives, LLC. (referred to throughout as "CLUB," "Web Site," "us," "we," "our," etc.), is the owner and operator of the Fundraising Referrals (Fundraisingreferrals.com) platform which helps promote and sell events, games, and fundraisers through email, text, and social media. CLUBcentives, LLC considers issues relating to your privacy to be a serious matter. As such, CLUBcentives, LLC has created and implemented this Privacy Policy so that you understand what CLUBcentives, LLC may and may not do with certain personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the guidelines CLUBcentives, LLC uses to protect the information we collect about you during your visit(s) to our Web Sites.

CLUBcentives, LLC will only use personally identifiable information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Web Site Terms of Use. Personal Information is collected from users of and/or visitors to the Services including (1) registered users ("Admins") who are event organizers, planners and organizations, (2) registered members ("Participants") that want to promote and or sell to visitors ("Customers"), and (3) customers who want to purchase certificates for or donate to events, games, and or fundraisers listed by Admin.
We DO NOT store your Personal Financial Account Information. As soon as your information is collected, it is passed directly to a third party (WePay) who process the payments on our behalf. Please read their privacy policy at www.wepay.com/legal/privacy-policy/us for more information.
By using CLUB and WePay, or allowing someone to use CLUB and WePay on your behalf, you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage in accordance with this, and WePay's, Privacy Policy of any Personal Data or other information received by us as a result of such use.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
In order to use some of the features and services provided at CLUB's web sites, CLUB may require that you provide some personal information. This personal information may include, but not limited to: Admins: Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, organization and other personally identifiable information. Any credit card or financial information collected which may constitute Personal Information for payment processing services, (e.g., your bank account information or an address to send checks) as necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (e.g., your taxpayer identification number), will adhere to the www.wepay.com/legal/privacy-policy/us WePay privacy policy.
Participants: Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, shared email and mobile number with carrier, organizations you belong to, recommendations of other organizations and contacts, offers you share or sell, and other personally identifiable information.
Customers: Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, shared email and mobile number with carrier, offers you view, purchase and redeem, and other personally identifiable information. Non Personal Information We May Collect
Non-Identifiable Data: The Non-Personal Data we collect includes without limitation Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Internet browser type, other characteristics of your device and software, domain names of your Internet Service Provider, your approximate geographic location, a record of your usage of the Services, the time of your usage, and aggregated Personal Information that cannot be used to specifically identify you. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot, in and of itself, be used to specifically identify you.
Cookies
In addition, CLUB uses "cookies" and other technologies on its websites. Cookies are a unique identifier that are sent to your Internet browser. Clear GIFs are invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the web page, document or e-mail message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect personal information about you. However, we may use clear GIFs capture statistical usage information for our web pages, features or other elements on a web page. We may correlate this information to a user to personalize user experience and for statistical analysis of user experiences on our web pages.
How Personal Information Is Collected
We may ask you for Personal Information (e.g., contact information, recommendation information, and financial information) when you register, subscribe, create an account, purchase offers, or otherwise interact with the Web Site or contact Fundraising Referrals. We collect information when you use CLUB. For example, we may track the offers you view, purchase, or redeem, and the comments you make to the forums, bulletin boards, discussion groups, chat rooms or other methods of communication that may be offered on or through CLUB or to those related to our social media pages or accounts. We use cookies and related technologies to collect information about your computer and your interaction with CLUB. We also collect Information if you contact us via email, text, social media, or other methods of communication, such as for customer support purposes. In the event CLUB sells or transfers ownership or control of any or all of its services, CLUB reserves the right to transfer and disclose your personal information to that party. Referring Others
Fundraising Referrals enables Participants to refer others their fundraising page to make a purchase. You may be eligible to receive points and rewards by the Organization upon a Customers’ purchase. CLUB is not responsible for any such rewards and Participant agrees they will deal directly with the Organization in regards to such rewards.. If participant wishes to refer others to their fundraising page, we will provide a unique link for each offer on your fundraising page, which you can share directly with others via email, social media websites, or other communications methods. Fundraising Referrals does collect Personal Information provided, for analytical purposes, about the persons with whom you share your link.
ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

While we are ready to assist you in managing your subscriptions, closing your account, and removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous purchases on the Sites for financial reporting and compliance reasons. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or CLUB will only keep the personal information for so long as it is useful. At the conclusion of such time, CLUB will delete this information.
Your Choice
You have several choices available when it comes to your Personal Data: Limit the Personal Data You Provide: You can use the Services without providing any Personal Data or with limiting the Personal Data you provide. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data or limit the Personal Data you provide, you may not be able to use certain functionality of the Services. For instance, in order to open an account, or buy or sell tickets, your name and email address will be required.
Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through the Services without their permission. Security
CLUB's websites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the personal information under CLUB's control. However, CLUB cannot guarantee that these security measures will not be breached.
PRIVACY PRACTICES OF THIRD PARTIES
CLUB has engaged certain service providers to assist CLUB in its activities. For that purpose, it may be necessary for CLUB to disclose your Personal Information to these services providers. In regards to Organziations and Merchants, only to the extent you have purchased or redeemed an offer created by the Merchant. We may also provide Organizations and Merchants with Personal Information about the customer who have purchased the Merchants' offers to validate the purchases, to aid and troubleshoot redemption, to combat fraud, as part of legal proceedings affecting Fundraising Referrals and the Merchant, and to facilitate a direct relationship between the Organization and Merchant and customer and enable Organization and Merchant to communicate with customers who purchased the Merchants' offers. CLUB will make every effort to ensure that these service providers agree that they will only use your personal information solely for the purpose of assisting CLUB in its activities and that they will adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy but you agree CLUB will not be held liable for the actions of these Organizations and Merchants with respect to your Personal Data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of the Organizations and Merchants of an event, game or fundraiser before providing Personal Data or other information in connection with that event, game, or fundraiser.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
WePay processes all financial transactions made through the Website. Financial and Contact data you input to consummate a transaction is encrypted using SSL technology and sent to WePay. For recurring donations your Financial and Contact data is stored by WePay in accordance with industry standards. Only WePay has access to your credit card number. We do not have access to your credit card number. Changes to the CLUB's Privacy Policy
CLUB reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If we do so, we will notify you by posting the date of the last change or amendment at the top of this page.
